Pression nominale: This is the pressure at which the pump is designed to operate continuously. For Denison vane pumps used in injection molding and die – casting machines, the rated pressure could be in the range of several hundred to over a thousand pounds per square inch (psi) or megapascals (MPA). Pression maximale: The pump can withstand a higher pressure for short – term operations. The maximum pressure value is typically higher than the rated pressure and is specified in the product manual to ensure safe operation under extreme conditions.

Minimum Speed: There is a minimum rotational speed below which the pump may not function properly. This could be due to issues such as insufficient lubrication or cavitation. The minimum speed might be around 600 – 1000 revolutions per minute (rpm).
Maximum Speed: Exceeding the maximum speed can cause excessive wear, noise, and potential damage to the pump. The maximum speed could be in the range of 2000 – 3000 rpm, depending on the specific design and application requirements.
