For the PC300 – 7 main relief valve, the cracking pressure can range from [P1] MPa to [P2] MPA (or [B1] bar to [B2] bar).In the PC360 – 7 main relief valve, the cracking pressure range can be from [P3] MPa to [P4] MPA (or [B3] bar to [B4] bar). These values are set to match the specific hydraulic system requirements of each machine model.
When the system pressure reaches the full – flow pressure, the relief valve is fully open and allows a maximum flow of hydraulic fluid to bypass. For the PC300 – 7, the full – flow pressure can range from [P5] MPa to [P6] MPA (or [B5] bar to [B6] bar).
For the PC360 – 7, the full – flow pressure can be from [P7] MPa to [P8] MPA (or [B7] bar to [B8] bar). The difference between cracking and full – flow pressures allows for a controlled release of pressure as the system pressure rises.
