Rated Pressure: These pumps are designed to operate at relatively high pressures to meet the demands of excavator hydraulic systems. The rated pressure of the HPV55 pump is typically in the range of 300 bar (30 MPa) to 400 bar (40 MPa). This pressure range allows the pump to deliver sufficient power to drive the hydraulic actuators in the excavator effectively and stably.
Maximum Pressure: The maximum pressure that the pump can withstand for short periods is usually higher than the rated pressure. It may reach around 450 bar (45 MPa) to 500 bar (50 MPa). This enables the pump to handle sudden high-load situations that may occur during the excavator's operation, such as when digging through hard soil or rocks.
