Theoretical Displacement ~25 cm³/rev Fixed displacement—defines the maximum oil volume the pump can deliver per shaft rotation.
Maximum Continuous Pressure 16 MPa (2320 psi) Safe long-term operating pressure; exceeding this causes accelerated wear of gear teeth and seals.
Peak Pressure 20 MPa (2900 psi) Short-duration pressure (≤3 seconds) for temporary load spikes (e.g., sudden startup of a hydraulic cylinder); avoid prolonged operation at peak pressure.
Rated Flow (at 1500 rpm) ~37.5 L/min (liters per minute) Calculated as: Displacement × Speed ÷ 1000 (25 cm³/rev × 1500 rpm ÷ 1000 = 37.5 L/min); actual flow is slightly lower due to volumetric efficiency.
