AT428960 Hydraulic Pump
- Change the hydraulic oil regularly (usually every 2000-3000 hours or as recommended by the manufacturer) to avoid oil oxidation or contamination. Use a high-precision filter (5-10 microns is recommended), and check and replace the filter element regularly. Use special cleaning tools when adding oil to prevent dust and moisture from mixing in.
- Select Appropriate Hydraulic Oil: Select the oil with the correct viscosity grade (such as ISO VG32/46/68) according to the equipment manual. Avoid mixing hydraulic oils of different brands or models to prevent chemical reactions.
- Control Oil Temperature and Oil Level: Ensure the oil temperature is within the range of 40-60°C. High temperatures (above 80°C) will accelerate oil aging, and the oil needs to be preheated before starting at low temperatures. Regularly check the oil level in the oil tank. Too low an oil level will lead to cavitation, and too high may cause foam and leakage.
