High – quality seals made of nitrile rubber (NBR) or other suitable elastomers are included. These seals have excellent resistance to hydraulic fluids, temperature variations, and wear. The gaskets are precisely cut to fit the specific mating surfaces of the hydraulic motor, ensuring a proper seal and preventing fluid leakage.
The seal kits typically cover all the critical sealing points such as the shaft seals, piston seals (if applicable), and housing seals.
Bearings
The repair kits come with high – precision bearings. These bearings are usually of the roller or ball – bearing type, depending on the motor's design requirements. They are made of high – grade steel with appropriate heat – treatment to provide excellent load – carrying capacity and rotational smoothness.
The bearings are selected to match the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) specifications in terms of size, load rating, and speed capabilities.
Wear Plates and Bushings
Wear – resistant plates and bushings are provided to replace the worn – out parts. These components are made of materials with high hardness and good frictional properties, such as bronze – alloy or composite materials. They help to reduce friction between moving parts and ensure the accurate alignment and smooth operation of the hydraulic motor.
