Displacement
The geometric displacement of different models varies. For example, PVB5 has a displacement of 10.55 cm³/r (0.64 in³/r), PVB10 has 21.10 cm³/r (1.29 in³/r), PVB20 has 42.80 cm³/r (2.61 in³/r), PVB29 has 61.60 cm³/r (3.76 in³/r), PVB45 has 94.50 cm³/r (5.76 in³/r), and PVB90 has 197.50 cm³/r (12.0 in³/r).
Maximum Shaft Speed
The maximum shaft speed for most models in this series is 1800 r/min.
Pressure Ratings
When using anti-wear hydraulic oil, the maximum outlet pressure of PVB5 and PVB6 is 140 bar (2000 psi), while for PVB10, PVB20, and PVB45, it can reach 210 bar (3000 psi). When using water glycol or water-in-oil emulsion, the maximum pressure values are relatively lower. For example, for PVB10, it is 140 bar (2000 psi) with water glycol and 100 bar (1500 psi) with water-in-oil emulsion.
Control Options
The variable displacement models offer several control options, including:
Pressure compensator with or without a remote control facility.
Pressure compensator with adjustable displacement control.
Load sensing compensator.
Mechanical (lever) control.
Handwheel control.
Weight
The weight of different models also differs. For instance, PVB5 weighs approximately 8 kg, PVB10 and PVB15 weigh about 15 kg each, and PVB20 and PVB29 weigh around 26 kg.
