This pressure is sufficient to drive the fan with enough force to ensure effective cooling. Since it is a fan pump and not directly involved in heavy-duty hydraulic operations like lifting or pushing in the bulldozer, the pressure requirement is relatively lower compared to the main hydraulic pumps.
