For ZX200-5G: Regulates fuel injection timing/pressure/volume of the 4HK1 engine, optimizing power output (118kW rated power) and reducing fuel consumption by 4-5% under typical working conditions. For ZX330-5G: Calibrated for the 6HK1 engine’s high-power demand, maintaining 197kW rated power while improving fuel efficiency by 3-4% even under full-load mining operations. Hydraulic system coordination: ZX200-5G: Adjusts hydraulic flow/pressure for smooth boom/arm/bucket operation in repetitive digging/loading tasks. ZX330-5G: Enhances hydraulic response speed to meet the high-load demands of heavy lifting and rock excavation, preventing hydraulic system lag.
