Asymmetrical flange configuration (one reinforced flange) to guide the track chain and prevent lateral slippage, ideal for the EX70’s compact undercarriage. Flange edge is smoothly rounded to minimize wear on track links. Sealing System: Double floating seals (high-chromium alloy, HRC 65–70) to prevent oil leakage and block contaminants (mud, dust, water). Nitrile rubber O-rings with temperature resistance (-40°C to 120°C) for reliable sealing in harsh environments.
