Q1: What is the difference between IPV7‑125‑101, IPV7‑125‑111 and IPV7‑125‑171? A1: O sufixo 101/111/171 stands for different shaft form, port position, flange size and rotation direction. They are NOT interchangeable randomly. Please provide the full nameplate model.
2º trimestre: What machine is this IPV7 series pump used for? A2: Widely used on injection molding machines, die-casting machines, hydraulic power packs, construction machinery and marine hydraulic systems.
3º trimestre: Is this original Voith pump or aftermarket replacement? A3: This is high-quality aftermarket replacement pump, neutral packing, not genuine VOITH original.
4º trimestre: What oil and viscosity should be used? A4: Recommended mineral hydraulic oil ISO VG32 / VG46, operating temperature 0~80℃. Choose FKM seal if for high temperature.
Q5: What is the lead time? A5: Em estoque: 3–7 working days. If out of stock, we will inform production lead time separately.
Q6: What is excluded from warranty? A6: Warranty does not cover damage caused by contaminated oil, wrong rotation, wrong installation, cavitation and overpressure operation.
