Gear Profile: The gears have a precision – machined involute profile. This profile ensures efficient fluid transfer between the gear teeth and minimizes internal leakage. The number of teeth and the gear size are optimized to achieve the desired flow characteristics and operating pressures. The gear diameter can range from [E] mm to [F] mm, and the gear width from [G] mm to [H] mm.
Shafts
Input Shaft: The input shaft is designed to connect to the power source, such as an electric motor or an engine – driven power take – off. It has a standard keyway or spline connection to ensure a secure and efficient power transfer.
